The new Electric Vehicle (EV) Policy 2026 has been launched in Delhi. It will be implemented from July 1, 2026. Chief Minister Rekha Gupta told a press conference on Monday that the EV policy has been approved by the cabinet. The Chief Minister said that this is a very big day for Delhi. This policy will be applicable till March 31, 2030. Efforts are being made to implement it from July 1. The CM said that Delhi is the only state in the entire country which provides the highest subsidy and other facilities on EVs.
The EV policy includes two-wheelers, three-wheelers, four-wheelers, rural services, etc. दिल्ली में नई इलेक्ट्रिक व्हीकल (ईवी) पॉलिसी 2026 लॉन्च हो गई है। इसे 1 जुलाई 2026 से लागू किया जाएगा। मुख्यमंत्री रेखा गुप्ता ने सोमवार को प्रेस वार्ता कर बताया कि ईवी नीति को कैबिनेट से मंजूरी दे दी गई है। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा दिल्ली के लिए बहुत ही बड़ा दिन है। यह नीति 31 मार्च 2030 तक लागू रहेगी। 1 जुलाई से लागू करने का प्रयास हो रहा है। सीएम ने कहा कि पूरे देश में दिल्ली एकमात्र से राज्य है जो ईवी पर सबसे अधिक सब्सिडी अन्य सुविधाएं देता है।
