Senior Advocate Vikas Pahwa said the US court's latest order in the Adani indictment case is a routine judicial step and should not be seen as a setback. He explained that the judge has merely sought additional information and scheduled the matter for July 13, adding that the court has not rejected the US Department of Justice's application to withdraw the indictment.
According to Pahwa, the application remains under consideration and an appropriate order will be passed after the reply is filed.
