Naidu to tour four districts from July 1 for welfare, development programmes

Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu will undertake a five-day tour of four districts from July 1 to July 5 to participate in a series of welfare and development programmes. During the tour, he will lay the foundation stone for Hero MotoCorp’s Global Parts Center, launch the Viksit Bharat-Guarantee for Rozgar and Ajeevika Mission (Gramin) (VB-G RAM G) and inaugurate works for the Rayalaseema Steel Plant. Naidu will visit Nellore, Tirupati, Kadapa and Chittoor districts, staying overnight in the districts during the tour.
On July 1, as part of the ‘Service to the Poor’ initiative, the Chief Minister will visit Chillakuru mandal in Nellore district to distribute social security pensions and interact with beneficiaries. Later in the day, he will lay the foundation stone for Hero MotoCorp’s Global Parts Center at Sri City in Satyavedu constituency of Tirupati district. The facility is being set up with an investment of about ₹750 crore. He will stay overnight in Tirupati district, according to an official release.
On July 2, Mr. Naidu, along with Deputy Chief Minister K. Pawan Kalyan, will launch the Viksit Bharat-Guarantee for Rozgar and Ajeevika Mission (Gramin) (VB-G RAM G) at Railway Kodur in Tirupati district. In the evening, he will attend a GSDP Capacity Building Workshop at a private hotel in Tirupati. Members of NITI Aayog and the Prime Minister’s Economic Advisory Council will also participate. He will stay in Tirupati for the night.
On July 3, the Chief Minister will inaugurate works for the Rayalaseema Steel Plant at Sunnapurallapalle in Jammalamadugu constituency of Kadapa district. He will then proceed to Kuppam in Chittoor district to inaugurate and lay the foundation stones for various development projects. He is scheduled to return to Amaravati on July 5.
