As police continue to investigate the alleged murder of Pune-based realtor Ketan Agarwal, Siya Goyal's brother, Sahil Goyal, on Monday questioned the role of Aashutosh Srivastava, claiming he was not the family's lawyer and may have obtained Siya's signature "by deceit". Speaking exclusively to India Today, Sahil questioned Srivastava's role in the case, saying he was not the family's lawyer and had never been authorised by the family to represent them.
He further alleged that Srivastava may have obtained Siya's signature "by deceit", without elaborating further.
