In a conversation with the New York Post on Monday, Trump said he was “not open" to any concessions for Tehran after receiving the latest Iranian response on peace deal talks. The US has expressed disapproval for the latest Iranian response, signalling concerns that the war may resume.

Too many things are happening," he said, declining to offer any more details. Trump Says Not ‘Frustrated’ With Iran Since coming back from his closely watched China trip, Trump spent the weekend huddling with his national security team at his Virginia golf club amid reports that the US and Israel were considering a resumption of strikes on Iran. More such meetings are expected as Trump’s allies are urging him to resume military operations.
Trump said he’s not “frustrated" with Iran, while making clear that Tehran is fully aware the United States can inflict more pain. “I can tell you they want to make a deal more than ever, because they know we’re—what’s going to be happening soon," Trump said.
