The film industry has been instructed not to work with the actor after he abruptly withdrew from a highly anticipated film just days before shooting was scheduled to begin. The decision comes after the filmmaker filed an official complaint, citing that the production had already incurred massive financial losses amounting to approximately forty-five crore rupees. During the proceedings, the producers expressed grave concerns that the sudden exit of a lead actor at such an advanced stage severely impacts the overall execution of the project.
In response to multiple notices, the actor stated that the issues were contractual and required adjudication before an appropriate legal forum. Despite attempts by the producers and the film body to accommodate script and location demands, the actor backed out, prompting the federation to demand a mutual resolution and compensation for the incurred damages before lifting the current ban.
