Ketan Agarwal murder case: Siya Goyal's lawyer, Advocate Aashutosh Srivastava, said that under Indian evidence law, any confession made by an accused while in police custody is not admissible as evidence. He said the defence would raise this issue and added that the investigation is still underway, with the charge sheet yet to be filed.
