पीएम मोदी को सेशेल्स में 'गार्जियन ऑफ द ब्लू होराइजन' सर्वोच्च सम्मान मिला। इस दौरान पीएम मोदी ने भारत निर्मित फास्ट पेट्रोल वेसल 'पीएस लेस्पवार' सेशेल्स को सौंपा। PM Modi received the highest honour, 'Guardian of the Blue Horizon', in Seychelles. During the visit, he handed over the India-made Fast Patrol Vessel 'PS Le Vigilant' to Seychelles.
