The investigation into the donation theft case of the temple trust has intensified, with local police conducting raids at the residences of the accused in the temple town. Six locations are reportedly being raided, and family members of the accused, including the former driver of the trust's general secretary, are being questioned.
Authorities are attempting to determine the source of income and assets of those involved. Eight accused have been arrested so far in this case, and over eighty lakh rupees has been recovered from them. The police plan to seek custody of the accused from the court on Monday to gather further details and target more financial recoveries.
