The England manager also dismissed the idea that the changes were focused on individuals, saying his wide players operate as a unit.

rested despite being fit after taking a knock and carrying a yellow card. Jude Bellingham moves into a deeper midfield role, with Morgan Rogers starting in the No. 10 position.
