Following a series of arrests, the Ayodhya police have made a significant breakthrough by recovering twenty lakh rupees from a hostel room belonging to the accused. The recovery was made during a post-arrest search operation where the accused was escorted to his hostel by the police. Collectively, twenty-three lakh rupees have been seized from the accused and his nephew.
With these latest search operations and recoveries, the total cash seized in the case has reached approximately eighty lakh rupees across eight arrests.
