Speaking in Kolkata, West Bengal, Sinha said that anyone who embezzles Ram Mandir funds should face stringent punishment and expressed confidence that the Uttar Pradesh government would act against those found responsible after due investigation.
He also spoke about the Uniform Civil Code (UCC), stating that it has long been a national demand and arguing that laws should apply equally to all citizens irrespective of religion. Sinha expressed support for implementing the UCC in West Bengal in the future.
