A dramatic rescue unfolded in Norfolk, Virginia, after a woman's vehicle fell into a water-filled sinkhole created by a water main break during stormy weather. As the motorist panicked, Officer A.J. Stevenson climbed into the flooded sinkhole, opened the driver's side door and helped her escape.
