Cities like Caracas, La Guaira, and Carabeda have been severely flattened, complicating rescue efforts due to rubble and lack of equipment. As international teams race against time, India has stepped forward with Operation AMITSAAD, deploying a 41-member medical team, a 60-para field hospital, six tons of relief supplies, and a fully equipped MASH cube field hospital to support rescue and medical operations.
