One of the Drones solidly hit the upper deck of a large and very expensive Cargo Carrying Ship. Damage was done, but the Ship was able to proceed on its way. We knocked down three other Drones. Obviously, this is
a foolish violation of our Ceasefire Agreement," Trump wrote. The US president did not identify the cargo vessel that was allegedly hit, nor did he provide details on the timing of the incident or evidence supporting the claim. Iran did not
immediately respond to Trump's allegations. The remarks come amid heightened tensions in the region following the ceasefire agreement, with the Strait of Hormuz remaining a critical global shipping route through which a significant share of the world's oil and gas supplies passes.
