US Secretary of State Marco Rubio has announced that American search and rescue teams are deploying immediately to Venezuela following two powerful earthquakes that struck near Caracas. Teams from Fairfax County, Virginia, and Los Angeles are heading to help dig through collapsed buildings where thousands are feared dead or trapped under rubble.The 7.2 and 7.5 magnitude quakes โ the strongest in over a century โ severely damaged infrastructure including the airport.
