Pune Rural Police arrested Siya Goyal, 20, and Chetan Chaudhary, 22, five days after Ketan Agarwal, 25 — from a prominent real-estate family — fell to his death at Lohagad Fort on June 18. What was initially reported as an accidental fall while clicking photographs was subsequently established as premeditated murder. Both accused have confessed, police said.
