The case relates to the alleged misappropriation of donations made by devotees at the Ram Temple in Ayodhya. The FIR was registered following a complaint by Krishna Mohan, a member of the Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust, based on the preliminary findings of a Special Investigation Team (SIT).
