In the ongoing investigation into the Pune cliff murder case, the parents of the arrested woman have spoken out for the first time. The father stated that he does not know the other accused individual, having never met or spoken to him. The mother clarified that they finalised the wedding alliance after speaking with their daughter, who was in agreement with the proposal.
She added that they were unaware of any details indicating a dispute, as both individuals appeared happy. The parents detailed how the proposal was brought forward by relatives during a wedding function and finalized, noting that their initial plan was to wait for three to four years before marrying their daughter.
