At least 164 people are dead and 1,000 injured after back-to-back earthquakes struck Venezuela on Wednesday. Buildings have collapsed and roads buckled. People took to the streets and looked for cover. A magnitude 7.2 earthquake struck first followed by a magnitude 7.5 quake less than a minute later west of Caracas.
