Digital evidence, including CCTV footage, shows the two suspects meeting at a local cafe to plot the murder just one day before the victim was pushed off a cliff at a historic fort. Police are building a circumstantial case using digital records, as the co-accused was spotted at the crime scene wearing a hoodie to conceal his identity on a hot day.
The suspect spent only ten minutes at the fort and was captured on camera exchanging signals with the main conspirator. Furthermore, the co-accused deliberately left his own mobile device behind, carrying an alternative phone instead. While the father of the co-accused claims his son is innocent and was simply standing far away, investigators are relying heavily on these digital footprints to build a watertight case and prove the conspiracy behind the fatal push.
