Leader of Opposition Rahul Gandhi has informed the Madhya Pradesh High Court that he regrets an alleged defamatory statement linked to Shivraj Singh Chouhan's son, Kartikey Singh Chouhan. The case stems from remarks made during a 2018 election rally. In his application, Gandhi stated that the comment was made due to confusion and was not intended to refer to Kartikey Singh, while expressing regret over the controversy that followed.
