The Supreme Court of India has declined an urgent mentioning for a Public Interest Litigation seeking an audit of the Ram Janmabhoomi Temple. The bench stated that once the registry clears the defects in the petition, it will be listed according to the rules. Denying an immediate urgent hearing, the court instructed the petitioner to mention the matter again on Monday if it is not listed by that time.
