Emergency services and rescue personnel are actively clearing heavy rubble to conduct search and recovery operations. The United States Pacific Tsunami Warning Center issued a report ruling out any tsunami threat to the Venezuelan coast and the broader Caribbean region. Acting President Delcy Rodriguez and Interior Minister Ricardo Cabello acknowledged the widespread impact across several states.
