Two boys were allegedly tied to the windows of a school and beaten with slippers and hands by some locals in Karnataka's Bagalkot district after a cricket ball they were playing with accidentally struck a woman, police said on Monday.
The boys, one of them aged 14, were playing cricket on a school ground when the ball hit a woman on Sunday (June 21). According to police, the incident triggered a violent reaction from a group of adults.
