Gurugram Road Rage Case Takes Shocking Turn, 2 Students Arrested For Assaulting Driver Published By, Last Updated: June 21, 2026, 12:00 IST In Gurugram, BBA students Parth and Paras were arrested after allegedly chasing, assaulting and injuring an MG Windsor driver in a Scorpio road rage attack News18 A road rage incident on a national highway in Gurugram turned violent after occupants of an SUV allegedly attacked a car driver who objected to their reckless driving. According to police, the SUV was being driven in a zigzag manner, endangering other commuters on the road. When the driver of another vehicle protested against the rash driving, an argument broke out.
The SUV occupants allegedly chased the victim, stopped his car and assaulted him. They also reportedly damaged his vehicle. The victim sustained injuries in the attack and approached the police. Acting on his complaint, the accused were identified and arrested. The accused have been identified as 22-year-old BBA students Parth and Paras. Police said the duo, travelling in a Scorpio SUV, allegedly got into an altercation with the driver of an MG Windsor car. They are accused of intercepting the vehicle and damaging its windowpanes. The complainant alleged that he was assaulted with sticks, leaving him injured and bleeding.
A video recorded by the victim from inside his car captured him shouting at the accused and seeking help from passers-by. “Why are you doing this? What have you done? Mera muh tod diya (They smashed my face). Stop these goons," he is heard saying. Police said further investigation is underway to ascertain the sequence of events and determine whether additional charges need to be added.
