The FIR was filed at Kotwali Nagar police station in Mahoba by Neeraj Rawat, a BJP district working committee member and social-political activist, Times of India reported.
According to the report, the complainant alleged that a programme was organised in Samad Nagar locality without prior administrative permission on May 22, where Ajay Rai arrived with a convoy of 15-16 vehicles and around 25-30 supporters. Maybe that is how training is given in Congress party…I approached the Police with a complaint and an FIR has been registered." Based on the complaint, an FIR has been registered under relevant sections of the Bharatiya Nyay Sanhita (BNS) and a further probe is underway into the matter.
