The Testing Agency (NTA) will conduct the NEET UG 2026 re-examination on June 21 as scheduled. The agency has urged students and parents not to be influenced by rumours regarding a possible postponement of the examination or by misinformation circulating on social media. Instead, candidates have been advised to rely only on official communication issued by the NTA. "We want to reassure you that extensive arrangements are in place for a safe, secure and fair examination, in close coordination with relevant ministries, state governments and security agencies.
