District Collector Rajakumari Ganiya and Superintendent of Police Suneel Sheoran, along with district officials, took part in the Yogandhra programme at in Nandyal town on Wednesday (June 17, 2026). The session was organised by the Yogandhra Associations as part of the State government’s Yogandhra-2026 initiative.
Under the guidance of yoga experts, the participants performed yoga postures, pranayama (breathing exercises) and meditation. District Collector Smt. Rajakumari Gania, Joint Collector Suraj Dhanunjay, SP Sunil Shoran and district officials participated in the #YogAndhra2026 yoga session at Nandyal Indoor Stadium, promoting health, mindfulness and community well-being.

They urged everyone to practise yoga daily and lead a healthy life.
Yoga practitioners, students, youth, government employees, representatives of voluntary organisations and members of the public took part and performed yoga with enthusiasm.
