According to police, 57-year-old Eric Franks became increasingly agitated during an interaction as officers attempted to explain the situation and secure the area.
During the encounter, Franks shoved a sergeant and officers then reportedly attempted to detain him. LiveNOW’s Mike Pache is speaking with Jenni Joyce from our partners at FOX 29 Philadelphia as it appears at least one of the officers injured during the weekend shootout has now left the hospital.
