Days before the NEET undergraduate re-examination scheduled for June 21, thousands of aspirants are facing technical glitches on the Testing Agency website. Students attempting to download their admit cards report encountering blank screens, maintenance messages, and repeated failures during a newly introduced mandatory bank verification process. The re-examination was ordered following a paper leak controversy, and the NTA had assured a smooth process.
The testing agency acknowledged the technical issues, attributing them to heavy server loads, while stating that nearly four lakh candidates have successfully downloaded their admit cards. The NTA maintains that its technical teams are working to resolve the website problems. However, the last-minute introduction of the mandatory verification process and the resulting infrastructure failures have caused fresh anxiety among students.
Aspirants are questioning the agency's preparedness and expressing disappointment over the ongoing hurdles just days before the crucial medical entrance test.
