The Testing Agency is facing fresh scrutiny ahead of the scheduled June 21 NEET UG re-examination as candidates report technical glitches and server issues while downloading their admit cards. Heavy server load, reportedly caused by a new two-factor authentication and a bank verification requirement for refunds, has hindered access for many.
While over four lakh candidates have successfully downloaded their hall tickets, several others continue to experience errors. The agency has assured that its teams are working round the clock to resolve the server issues, urging students not to panic and promising that all candidates will receive their admit cards ahead of the re-test.
