A 19-year-old woman working as a security guard at a girls' hostel in Uttar Pradesh's Greater Noida died on Saturday after allegedly jumping from the hostel building, with police suspecting that a domestic dispute may have led to the incident. The woman, identified as Parul, wife of Suresh Chaudhary and a native of Meerut, was found seriously injured after the fall and was rushed to a nearby hospital.

Police inspected the scene and carried out the required legal procedures. The body was later sent for post-mortem examination after inquest proceedings were completed.

"Prima facie, it appears to be a case of suicide arising out of a domestic dispute between the husband and wife," police said.
