TVK govt. will remain committed to two-language policy: Minister Rajmohan Tamil Nadu’s Minister for School Education Rajmohan said the TVK government will follow the existing two-language policy in schools - Tamil and English. Rajmohan’s comments assume significance as the Union Ministry of Education had recently sent a reminder regarding the implementation of the Pradhan Mantri Schools for Rising India (PM SHRI) scheme in the State.
“Our government will not yield to any indirect pressure and the TVK will remain steadfast, without any compromise, in its stand on the two-language policy,” he told The Hindu. 2.
