An address marking twelve years of the Democratic Alliance government highlights the political stability and rapid development achieved since 2014. The speech emphasizes the lifting of over twenty-five crore people out of poverty and the emergence of a new middle class. It strongly criticizes the opposition Congress party for previously keeping the country in a state of helplessness and for labeling slow economic progress as the Hindu growth rate, suggesting it should instead be termed the Congress growth rate.
