Deputy Chief Minister and Panchayat Raj and Rural Development Minister K. Pawan Kalyan said in a social media post on Wednesday (June 10, 2026) that Andhra Pradesh had secured the third-highest allocation in the country, a proposed interim allocation of ₹7,707.21 crore, under the Viksit Bharat-Guarantee for Rozgar and Ajeevika Mission-Gramin (VB-GRAM-G). He thanked Prime Minister Narendra Modi for his focus on rural development, and Union Rural Development Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan and the Ministry of Rural Development for their support to the State.
He said the allocation reflected the State’s commitment to transparent governance and effective implementation.
