जम्मू कश्मीर में आतंकी हमले में दिव्यांग हुए रिटायर्ड मेजर हेमेंद्र सिंह के साथ बदसलूकी का मामला सामने आया। रात के समय घर लौट रहे मेजर का ट्रैफिक पुलिसकर्मियों ने चालान काट दिया। दरअसल रिटायर्ड मेजर अपने परिवार के साथ डिनर करके घर लौट रहे थे। तभी ट्रैफिक पुलिसकर्मियों ने चेकिंग के लिए गाड़ी को रोक दिया। इसी दौरान हेमेंद्र सिंह केपुलिसकर्मियों ने ड्रिंक एंड ड्राइव के तहत चेकिंग की। इसी दौरान उन्होंने आरोप लगाया कि गलत नोजल से ड्रिंक एंड ड्राइव का टेस्ट लिया और फिर घंटों तक उन्हें रोक कर परेशान किया।
