The External Affairs Ministry has released a statement condemning a continuous pattern of fake news and videos emanating from Pakistan. The ministry described these actions as a desperate attempt by Pakistan to deflect global attention from its own internal failures and human rights violations. The statement highlighted severe police brutality in Pakistan-occupied Kashmir, which has resulted in several protesters being killed and many others injured.
A former Chinar Corps commander urged a harsher and more aggressive stance against Pakistan on international platforms to expose its double standards and cross-border actions. He emphasised the need to counter false narratives effectively by showcasing the real situation on the ground in Pakistan-occupied Kashmir and holding Pakistan globally accountable for its actions.
