The ED recently arrested John Britto, identified as a key accused in a narcotics trafficking network allegedly linked to smuggling drugs to Sri Lanka through sea routes. Following the arrest, both the DMK and AIADMK have sought answers from the TVK, alleging links between Britto and a senior minister in the state government.
