The notice directs him to appear before investigators by 5 PM on Tuesday after he skipped a scheduled appearance, citing prior commitments in Delhi and an ongoing hearing in the Calcutta High Court.
CID officials visited his Kalighat residence to serve the notice and granted him an additional 24 hours to comply.
