His visit, which marked the first time a sitting US President attended an NBA Finals game, also triggered extensive security arrangements that disrupted fan access and altered the usual game-day atmosphere. Trump, a longtime Knicks supporter and a native New Yorker, watched the game from a luxury suite hosted by Knicks owner James Dolan.
