The decorated manager, whose first stint in the Spanish capital was explosive, is said to have agreed a deal that will keep him at the helm of Los Blancos for three years. Benfica confirmed that the Spanish heavyweights would pay them a compensation of 15 million Euros if Mourinho is to make his switch back to the Santiago Bernabeu. Madrid are also reportedly said to have completed deals to rope in Dutch defender Denzel Dumfries and Frenchman Ibrahima Konate as the Capital City side looks to strengthen their unit in the upcoming season, after having to watch arch-rivals Barcelona flourish under the tutelage of German gaffer Hansi Flick, as they clinched back-to-back league titles.
