In a pre-recorded address to the United Nations General Assembly, the Palestinian leadership condemns the decision to deny its delegation entry visas to attend the meetings in New York for a second consecutive year. The Palestinian speaker rejects what he describes as punitive measures and calls on the US administration to lift the restrictions, return to dialogue and support the implementation of a two-state solution based on international legitimacy.
