We are now learning that a candidate who is in the running to be the sheriff of an Arkansas county, will not be facing murder charges in the death of his daughter’s alleged abuser. According to our partners at FOX 9 Minneapolis-St. Paul, Aaron Spencer, the GOP’s nominee for sheriff in Lonoke County, was set to face charges after he admitted to shooting and killing a man who sexually abused his young daughter.
