As the Russia-Ukraine war heads for what could be a pivotal winter, Vladimir Putin has once again rejected an offer to sit down face-to-face on neutral ground by Ukrainian President Zelenskyy. The Russian leader ruled out meeting Zelenskyy on the sidelines of the upcoming G20 summit in the United States.
