Earlier in the day, Mr. Ramesh received the B-Form from Deputy Chief Minister and JSP president K. Pawan Kalyan at the party's central office near Mangalagiri. Addressing the media after filing his nomination papers, Mr. Ramesh expressed his gratitude to Mr. Pawan Kalyan for trusting and giving him an opportunity to become a member of the Rajya Sabha.
He also thanked Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu for supporting him.
