Breaking news: बड़ी राहत..ZEEL प्रेफरेंशियल वारंट जारी कर पाएगा | Zee Entertainment Enterprises Ltd जी एंटरटेनमेंट एंटरप्राइज लिमिटेड (ZEEL) को शुक्रवार को सिक्योरिटीज अपीलेट ट्रिब्यूनल (SAT) की तरफ से बड़ी राहत दी गई. एसएटी (SAT) ने कंपनी के खिलाफ सेबी (SEBI) की तरफ से दिये गए आदेश पर रोक लगा दी है. एसएटी (SAT) की तरफ राहत दिये जाने के बाद3,143 करोड़ रुपये जुटाने का रास्ता साफ हो गया. आपको बता दें जी एंटरटेनमेंट के लिए 12 अगस्त को SAT सुनवाई काफी अहम रही.

जी एंटरटेनमेंट ने सिक्योरिटीज अपीलेट ट्रिब्यूनल (SAT) में SEBI के आदेश को चुनौती देने वाले मामले पर सुनवाई हुई. सेबी की तरफ से दिये गए आदेश में Zee Entertainment पर दो महीने के लिए सिक्योरिटीज मार्केट में जाने पर रोक लगाई गई थी. Zee Entertainment Enterprises Limited (ZEEL) received significant relief from the Securities Appellate Tribunal (SAT) on Friday. The SAT stayed the order issued against the company by SEBI. This relief from the SAT has paved the way for raising ₹3,143 crore.

It is worth noting that the SAT hearing on August 12 was crucial for Zee Entertainment, as the tribunal heard the case challenging SEBI's order. SEBI's order had barred Zee Entertainment from accessing the securities market for a period of two months.
