A viral video from Kapurthala, Punjab, shows a man assaulting a woman beggar with slippers outside Mata Shri Bhadrakali Temple. The accused, identified as Vikas Sharma, reportedly got into an altercation after the woman's children touched his motorcycle. Following the incident and intervention by the Women's Commission, Kapurthala Police registered a First Information Report against Vikas Sharma.
