In an exclusive interview, Karnataka Health and Family Welfare Minister U.T. Khader discussed the state government's ongoing crackdowns and raids on food outlets, including government canteens, multinational chains, and street stalls, aimed at ensuring strict hygiene standards. Addressing public health risks, Khader stated, "Our mission is make Karnataka healthier again," warning that non-communicable diseases like cancer, kidney ailments, and heart disease could turn critical across the state if unaddressed.
