The incident happened in Bailey’s Crossroads, where Molina said she had gone to visit immigration-related offices for her work.
Federal officials alleged that Molina drove around ICE agents and attempted to use her vehicle to harm them. Molina strongly disputes that account, while cellphone and dashcam footage has circulated widely and raised questions about what happened before the gun was drawn. CNN reported that the Fairfax County Commonwealth’s Attorney's Office is reviewing the video.
